We suggest arriving into Rome on Sunday, September 15, which means that for those traveling from the East Coast, you will fly out Saturday night, September 14 and Saturday afternoon from the West Coast. All wedding festivities will be over on Wednesday, September 18 and Lorenzo & Pierce will depart for their honeymoon on Thursday, September 19. We'd love to see you on Wednesday if you're still around!

American citizens do not require a visa to enter Italy if they plan to stay under 90 days. However, your passport must be valid for at least six months after your planned departure date. Regrettably due to limited venue space, this wedding is adults-only.

We will be providing shuttles to and from the welcome party as well as the wedding. The shuttle will pick guests up from the DoubleTree Hilton Monti (whether you are staying there or not!) Guests can also arrive to both venues easily on their own via Uber, taxi, etc., if they choose. For other excursions around Rome, here are some other options: (1) Walking - this is our favorite way to explore the city! Each turn ends up in another beautiful piazza, church, or café. Sometimes it can get crowded and the cobblestones can be a bit difficult, but it's charming and worth it! (2) Uber - this makes it wildly easy to call for a car wherever you're going. Also, the city's available taxi cabs are also populated through this app. (3) Taxi - look for the white cabs with an open light and hail it! (4) Public Transportation

We have two hotel blocks at the DoubleTree by Hilton Monti. One is from Friday, September 13 to Thursday, September 19, and the other is from Sunday, September 15 to Wednesday, September 18. These blocks are now fully booked.

Welcome Party - Monday, September 16, 2024 Shuttles depart DoubleTree Hilton Monti at 5:15PM to Istituto Nationale di Studi Romani. Shuttles return to DoubleTree Hilton Monti at 11PM; Wedding - Tuesday, September 17, 2024 Shuttles depart DoubleTree Hilton Monti at 4:45PM to Villa Aurelia. Shuttle 1 returns to DoubleTree Hilton Monti at 11PM, Shuttle 2 returns to DoubleTree Hilton Monti at 1AM
